Traineeship with Daniit

What you can expect

As a trainee with Daniit, you can expect the learning curve to be steep, and your professional development to be high up on the agenda. We draw up a plan with you for the whole of your traineeship, so that your work duties match your personal skills and interests.

For this reason, we are unable to say precisely what your work duties will be. We find this out together.

Emil, student of automation technology, UCL

‘My traineeship with Daniit gave me the opportunity to work with theory in practice. At Daniit people involved me in their day-to-day work, including a customer visit to a feed factory.

I felt welcome at Daniit, and part of the team from the very first day. Everyone was very helpful, so I always knew I could ask for help if I had any problems.’

Emil currently works for Daniit as PLC programmer.

‘During my traineeship, I prepared market analyses for potential new markets and customers. It was nice, I could use something of what I had learned from my studies in a more practical setting. From the first day I was given responsibilities, and as a practitioner I quickly became part of the Daniit team.’

‘During my traineeship, I have had the opportunity to work on many different work tasks, which has strengthened my professional and personal skills. Tasks such as working on a design manual, exhibition planning, company presentation and production of marketing materials were among the tasks I undertook during my traineeship. I felt included in the team from day 1, and I learned that there is no such thing as a stupid question.’

Doris was subsequently offered a position as student assistant, and then as marketing coordinator.
